Wailevu is a small village of about 150 people in Kadavu. This project provided desperately needed income generating opportunities for the village as well as new skills and opportunities to the women in the village. The eggs also serves as a good source of protein for the community. Women are also now provided additional opportunities to be in leadership roles and has the full backing of the village women’s group. Friends of Fiji contributed $467.90 to this project in 2020.
