About Friends of Fiji

Since the first Peace Corps volunteers arrived in Fiji in 1968, approximately 2,000 men and women of all ages and backgrounds served in Fiji. They have worked as school teachers, advisors to the Government, Small Business Advisors, fisheries developers and in a host of other capacities. In addition to their primary assignments, these volunteers also elected to pursue secondary projects that directly benefited their local communities.

Friends of Fiji is a non-profit 501c(3) organization whose goals are to keep Fiji Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and friends in touch and informed about current affairs in Fiji. Friends of Fiji is supporting a portfolio of projects submitted by Peace Corps Volunteers in Fiji. Friends of Fiji raises funds for these projects through contributions and a biennial fundraiser.

We welcome your participation.
