Joan Koven jkoven@astrolabe.org is President of Astrolabe, Inc and a friend of Fiji. For many years she has conducted research on Fiji’s Astrolabe Reef. In Astrolabe Inc.’s 2007 report, she documents the continuing decline of the reef ecosystem.
