The Washington DC Area Friends of Fiji held an early Fiji Day celebration and barbecue at the Potomac Overlook Regional Park in Arlington, from 2-6 PM on Saturday October 3, 2009. Following a business meeting, discussions were held on goal setting and strategic planning, membership, communications, branding, fundraising and the Peace Corps 50th anniversary.
