- This certificate is valid 6 months from date of issuance (Sept. 1, 2012).
- It is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Request is subject to availability
- It covers three (3) nights complimentary accommodation only for 2 adults
- Please make advance reservations through the issuing Resort's Reservation Office
- The original certificate must be presented upon check-in at the hotel
- You have won 2 night's accommodation "run of house" at beautiful Matamanoa Island Resort, Mamanuca Islands of Fiji.
- Your prize is for two people and includes full American breakfast
- Prize must be borne by the prize winner and is not transferable.
- Transfers to and from the island are the responsibility of the Prize Winner
- Prize is valid for travel from 01 November 2012 - 30 April 2013; 15 October 2013 - 24 December 2013 and strictly subject to availability.
- All other meals, incidentals, beverage, off-shore excursions, and any other extras are the responsibility of the prize winner.
- Matamanoa Island does not accept young people under the age of 16 years.
- Complimentary use of all non motorised water sports equipment
- Two complimentary economy class tickets, roundtrip from Los Angeles to Nadi
- Travel may be taken and must be completed by:
- October 1st - December 15th, 2012
- January 15th - June 30th, 2013
- September 1st - October 31st, 2013
- All travel must be completed within 90 days from the date of your departure or no later than 31st October 2013.
- As a travel award recipient, you are responsible for Federal, State and local taxes including U.S. airport tax and fuel surcharge. As taxes must be submitted concurrent with redemption of this award certificate, please obtain the amount(s) from our reservation sales agent and send payment by check with the award certificate. Government and airport taxes are also the travelers' responsibility.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, i.e., passport and visa (if applicable).
- The ticket is not transferable, cannot be en-cashed nor can it be redeemed in any other form.
- Once your tickets are issues, they are valid for 90 days. Date changes are permitted prior to travel date. Once travel has commenced, reissues or extensions are not allowed unless required and requested by Air Pacific.
